The Ignatian Spirituality & Yoga session will provide a brief introduction to both the Ignatian and Yoga traditions followed by a yoga asana (movement) practice, yoga nidra, and Ignatian contemplation. Ignatian Spirituality & Yoga strives to support a holistic integration of mind, body, and soul and an ever deepening connection with the Divine Spirit. No prior experience in Ignatian spirituality or Yoga is necessary.
Bobby co-founded Ignatian Yoga, a retreat ministry that integrates Ignatian spirituality and Yoga. He was ordained a priest in June and began a two-year assignment as an associate pastor at St. Mary's Student Parish in Ann Arbor, MI.

3:00 - 3:45 Seeing and Being Seen: Introduction to the Enneagram
Colleen Gregg, M.A.
Enneagram exploration is for those who have a desire for healing and wholeness. It explores the deeper existential and spiritual dimensions of this human-divine mystery. Colleen Gregg, MA, is Director of Mercy Center Auburn and serves as spiritual director, supervisor, retreat faciltator, and program coordinator. She has been involved in retreat ministry for over 25 years. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Theology and received her spiritual direction and supervision certifications from the Institute of Spiritual Direction at Mercy Center Burlingame.
She will be giving an advanced Enneagram workshop in September and Introductino to Enneagram November 5-7. Learn more about those and the retreat center’s offerings.
