A Moment of Peace

Experience a moment of calm from the comfort of your home.

Are you feeling overwhelmed and tense from watching the news?

Take a Self-Paced, On-Demand Retreat

Pause and Breathe

If you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed or have a heavy heart, we invite you to give yourself a moment of peace. In this retreat, Retreat, Reflect, Renew founder Christine Jurisich invites you to slow down and visualize letting go of the things overwhelming you and open up a space for you to reflect at a slower pace.

Reflect on how to find a moment of peace through silence and solitude as Christine gently leads you into an experience of quiet and meditation. Be inspired to create a sacred space in your home and then enjoy a journal exercise with the Gospel of Matthew’s invitation to, “go to your inner room” (Mt 6:6).

Give Your Worries to God

The intent of this retreat is to help you hand over your worries to God and experience a moment of peace. You will find music, pictures, and journal prompts to help guide you into reflection and prayer, all at a pace that you choose. This retreat is a helpful reminder that even in the middle of a stressful time, you can feel God’s comfort and guidance when you slow down and open your heart to the Holy One.
