Hello. I am looking forward to sharing the Retreat, Reflect, Renew jourey with you.
I am a spiritual director, retreat faciltator, author, and the founder of Retreat, Reflect, Renew. I have been in retreat ministry for the past twenty years.
Before working in the area of spiritual growth, I was a TV reporter and anchor for ten years. I led a busy life that made it hard to find inner peace. I wanted to slow down and yearned for a deeper faith, but was intimidated to share with others and didn’t know where to start.
I always felt like I needed to know more or be more before entering a ministry event or retreat. That’s why I am excited to offer this, “Beginner’s Retreat,” and my book, “Retreat, Reflect, Renew: A Sacred Journey for a More Peaceful You.” They are exactly what I would have loved for myself years ago.
