Online Retreat
Zoom Retreat FAQ’s
What is an Online Retreat on Zoom like?
An online retreat on Zoom is a live experience via video conference with time for prayer, music, and reflection.
If you are new to video conferencing - or not especially comfortable with Zoom - we are here to help. Retreat participants have the option of attending with their video on or off.
Will I feel welcome?
We do our best to provide a welcoming environment no matter where you are in your faith journey or what denomination you come from. Whether you attend church every week or have not been in a long time, we would love to share the time with you.
What can I expect?
If you are worried that you will be staring at a computer screen for a retreat, you will appreciate how we incorporate movement and personal time into the experience. A Retreat, Reflect, Renew retreat includes:
A reflection (with Scripture, prayer, and a poem or music)
Personal time (with questions to draw you within)
Sharing (in a respectful way and with the option to pass)
Experiential activity (such as a walking or art meditation)

What can I expect from the sharing time?
Retreat, Reflect, Renew is committed to providing a safe and loving sharing experience. When we move into small group sharing, the Retreat Sharing Agreements will be read beforehand to ensure a respectful and structured time.
You are always free to pass from sharing.
Is this a women’s retreat?
No, we are open to all who want to participate in our retreats.
