An Introduction to Noticing and Listening

We long for the peace, guidance, and courage an encounter with the Sacred brings. These moments can be comforting, and at times, downright lifesaving. Yet there are seasons when the Sacred feels unmistakably near, followed by times when that closeness seems impossible to find.
What do you yearn for in your encounters with the Sacred? How might you develop a practice of noticing and listening that helps you recognize and draw upon its presence more regularly?
You are invited to three hours of peace and spiritual nourishment. Through breathing and musical meditations, quiet reflection, and opportunities for sharing, we will explore ways to notice and listen for the Sacred's love and healing presence in everyday life.
