Courage
for the Call
Nurture your faith
from within.
Awaken to renewed hope.

Offered as a Self-Paced Online Retreat
or In-Person Weekend Retreat

What is this retreat about?
Sometimes life shifts in ways you never expected. Whether you’re wrestling with a difficult diagnosis, standing at a crossroads, or simply wondering where God is leading, you need more than a burst of optimism. You long for a courage born of trust, rooted deep in your faith, and fueled by the promise of hope.
Instead of the “bold movie-hero” image, discover a more authentic courage that sustains you at the doctor’s office, in stressful conversations, or when you are ready to step into something new. In this retreat, we’ll redefine courage as the sacred meeting place of fear and trust.
Together We Will…
Learn how to discern between toxic worries and healthy concerns.
Reflect on letting go of what holds you back from trusting God.
Connect deeper with Psalm 46:10 (“Be still, and know that I am God”) as a guiding strength.
Have You Wondered?
How can I truly surrender to God?
Am I capable of courageous living?
Is it too late to find a fresh purpose in my life?
Can hope emerge after loss or deep disappointment?
This retreat intends to show you that you’re more courageous than you realize. You do not have to pretend to be more or less than who you already are. As you nurture your faith from within, you can begin to experience the Divine strength that has been with you all along. That is a reason for hope.
Is this Retreat for You?
You are seeking courage for a major decision or life transition.
You struggle with the word “surrender” and what it means to trust.
You long for meaningful purpose in this season of life.
You yearn to center yourself with your faith amidst global suffering and unrest.
Whether you stand at a threshold of hope or loss, our intent with this retreat is to offer a welcoming and non-judgmental space to reflect on the Divine strength within you so you can awaken to renewed hope. We invite you to rest and experience the retreat in a way that is nurturing and honors where you are on your journey.

I am grateful for God's gentle "nudge" to take this retreat. It has helped me to find peace and comfort during this difficult time in our world. Each new session renewed my hope and purpose. I have also been touched by the input and comments from those I have been on this journey with. Thank you Christine for your faith, dedication and hard work to bring us these beautiful retreats. Blessings to all of you. - Joan M.

I am deeply grateful for all you did to create and guide us through the weekend. It was a rich and meaningful experience. I especially appreciated the way you developed a sense of community so quickly between a group of (mostly) strangers. I left Mercy Center with a new perspective on and sense of possibility for balancing my Divine rhythm as this new season unfolds. I look forward to connecting with you again.
