Facilitator Karen Brugge
Karen Brugge is a spiritual director and Sacred Circle Coordinator, facilitator and member of the Retreat, Reflect, Renew Leadership Team.
Karen retired two years ago, following her four-decade career in clinical social work. She found that the retirement process is often not talked about and relishes the opportunity to open up the conversation in the light of the Spirit within the Retreat, Reflect, Renew community. She looks forward to listening and sharing the retirement journey with you.
I loved the fresh insights into retirement life; particularly the idea that these upcoming years may hold a different, sacred call for me than my previous years. It was an opportunity to go inward, guided by thoughtful questions and begin to explore what more God has for me moving forward.
